- In the platform menu, click on Users
- Select the concerned user(s) by checking the associated checkbox(es), then click on the Assign role button.
- In the pop-up :
- At the organisation level: Select the scope of the user role by selecting the organisation or area in the drop-down menu then select/unselect the role(s) of the user by checking or unchecking checkbox(es) in each scope of the drop-down menu
- At the area level: Select the role(s) of the user(s) by checking or unchecking checkbox(es)
Once you are done selecting the different roles of the user(s) click Validate
